Brunner was accused of “selective enforcement of Ohio’s election laws” in criticizing a conservative PAC’s campaign finances

The Plain Dealer: Last year, Brunner made open, fair elections the highest priority of her campaign platform. But she now faces charges of trying to punish conservatives, while allowing liberals who made the same mistakes complete immunity. … As usual, campaign finance issues are murky, and both sides raise valid points.
